Meta Unveils an Exquisite New Commissioned Piece.
Representing an inter-disciplinary fusion of traditional and modern, old and new, Masterpiece London will bring together not only the finest of the fine and decorative arts, but also the best of wines, classic cars, jewellery and contemporary design.

At a time of heightened interest in works of so-called 'design art', made in small editions for the collector's market, Telling Tales will feature work by a generation of internationally regarded designers. The exhibition will focus on work by designers who explore the narrative potential of objects, connecting the past with the present. The exhibition will feature two pieces from Meta's debut collection: the acclaimed Fig Leaf Cabinet by Tord Boontje and Matali Crasset's timeless lantern, Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend 1.

The Grosvenor House Art & Antiques Fair celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2009. Year upon year, through all economic vicissitudes, the best antique and art dealers have sought out and presented their choicest finds at this world-renowned event. The tradition continues with this year's exhibitors bringing an ever wider range of pieces, ancient and modern, antique and contemporary, decorous and startling, to suit every taste. The perfect opportunity. Don't miss it.

From its modest beginning as The Pictura Fine Art Fair in 1975, to its current position as the world's leading fine art fair, TEFAF Maastricht has always sought to lead the way and set the standards which others follow.
The French Embassy is delighted to be hosting a forum considering new directions for French Manufacturing. Speakers: Rabih Hage, Andre Dubreuil, Matali Crasset and Giles Hutchinson Smith (Meta).
Meta's "Fig Leaf" designed by Tord Boontje has been nominated by Emily Campbell in the furniture category of the Brit Insurance Design Awards 2009.
